  This place needs a strong manager to sort it out. Yesterday I was served a venti cappuccino that was pretty much a cup of milk. There was about a centimetre of froth at the top and the rest was just milk. Fine if you like latte but I don't. Service was horrendously slow. This morning the staff were friendly enough but service was still slow. The customer before me asked for his money back as he couldn't wait any longer for a double espresso. There were only 3 people ahead of him waiting on one drink each. It is positioned next to a travel lodge and people in the main just want to get served quickly with decent coffee and head out. This Starbucks needs to up its game.

  Aweful... I had hoped that a seemingly reputable company like Starbucks would have been able to turn around this formerly disastrous location, but am sad to report that they don't seem to have been able to. Firstly, the parking lot and surrounding area are an absolute tip... rubbish absolutely everywhere. No excuse for not sorting the outside areas of your shop... then the inside is a bit cavernous and cold... there is no welcome vibe in this location at all...lastly, when I ordered a medium latte with a flavour shot, it came to OVER £4 quid... I simply refused and left. Doubt I'll ever go back to this doomed location. I get the same drink at my local coffee shop (that does quite well for itself, and is profitable) for £3, and even slightly less at other places in the village...all at equal quality. Ridiculous that Starbucks, which I've supported since it's inception, thinks that this level of service and value is acceptable.
